Apply for International Training on Dialogue and Mediation (ITDM) in Sweden, 2020 (Fully Funded)

Application Deadline: March 10, 2020

The Upsalla University, in partnership with the Dag Hammarskjold Foundation call for application for its fully-funded International Training on Dialogue and Mediation (ITMD), to be held in Upsalla on 2 – 21, June, 2020.

The unique opportunity will provide opportunities for peace practitioners, policymakers and researchers to explore and interact om topics related to dialogue and mediation within the framework of sustainable peace. The training builds on 45 years of peace and conflict research and education at Uppsala University, combined with insights from the Dag Hammarskjöld Foundation’s ongoing engagement in international policy discussions on peacebuilding.

Number of Scholarships – 25

Funding – Fully Funded

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Applicants must be active in the Peace and Security space; mid-level professional, practitioner, policymakers and researcher
  2. Applicants must be able to fluent in English Language
  3. Minimum of University degree is required
  4. Applicants must possess basic IT skills

Financial Coverage

This fellowship will cover the following expenses;

  1. The organizers will cover the international travels
  2. Accommodation for the entire period will covered
  3. Breakfast and Lunch will also be covered

Participants are required to cover all visa related expenses. However, the organizers will provide all necessary documents to aid participants’ visa application process.
